Deep Cleaning

Cleanings are performed during the off-season in the months of June and November.

Kitchen
• Removal of all plates, cutlery, products, ovens, and microwaves from shelves, drawers, and both upper and lower cabinets
• Cleaning of inside and outside doors, above and below shelves (removal of grease), drawers, and cutlery organizers,
• Cleaning of light fixtures and lighting
• Cleaning of partitions, backsplashes, tiles
• Cleaning of the ventilation duct or range hood (excluding filter replacement which is extra depending on the model)
• Cleaning of the countertop, backsplash, sink, and faucets
• Cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer
• Checking the dishwasher and cleaning the filter
• Cleaning of the stove
• Cleaning and degreasing the oven floor and roof (rack and drip pan)
• Cleaning of the microwave
• Cleaning of the coffee maker, all washable elements in the dishwasher,
• Cleaning of the toaster
• Cleaning of the kettle
• Cleaning of the trash can, placing a bag beside the trash can
• Cleaning of visible outlets and switches
• Removal of all opened products except sugar and condiments

Bathroom
• Dusting of ceilings
• Cleaning of trim and light fixtures
• Cleaning of tiles, grout, and clothed walls or partitions
• Cleaning of the mirror
• Cleaning of the ventilation duct
• Cleaning of outlets and switches
• Cleaning of the bathtub, shower, and faucets
• Cleaning of the bath wall and shower wall
• Cleaning of the vanity top, basin, column or pipe cover, sink drain, and faucets
• Cleaning of the traps, removal of hair from sink, shower, and bathtub drainage
• Cleaning of toothbrush glasses in the dishwasher
• Cleaning of towel rails and heated towel rails
• Cleaning of the trash can, placing a trash bag beside

Toilets
• Dusting of walls and ceilings
• Cleaning of the ventilation duct
• Cleaning of cabinets and doors
• Cleaning of tiles or clothed walls
• Cleaning of the cistern
• Cleaning of the toilets outside and inside
• Cleaning of the seat
• Cleaning of the base and the drainage pipe
• Cleaning of the toilet brush
• Detergent and disinfectants for toilets
• Dusting of the toilet paper holder
• Replacement of the toilet paper roll

Living Area
• Dusting of walls and ceilings
• Cleaning of the blowing vent
• Cleaning of cabinets and doors
• Cleaning of the dining table and coffee table
• Dusting of the TV, checking the remote control (battery replacement is extra)
• Dusting of chairs and stools and repositioning
• Dusting, repositioning of sofa cushions and checking the trundle bed (steam cleaning not included)
• Dusting of curtain rods, curtains, sheers, and blinds
• Cleaning of windows inside and outside up to a maximum height of 2.50 m

Bedrooms
• Dusting of walls and ceilings
• Cleaning of cabinets and doors
• Folding and storing of pillows, blankets, and duvets
• Checking of beds, trundle beds
• Dusting of mattresses
• Dusting of curtain rods, curtains, sheers, and blinds

Balcony
• Sweeping and washing of floors
• Tidying of drying rack and outdoor furniture
• Cleaning of the handrail

Whole House
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors and replacement of vacuum cleaner bag (supply of bags is extra)
• Dusting of light fixtures,
• Dusting of visible surfaces of furniture and shelves
• Dusting of baseboards
• Cleaning of extraction vents in kitchen, toilets, and bathroom

Exceptions (services not provided / Optional)
• Steam cleaning
• Cleaning of difficult stains requiring carpet shampooing for example
• Cleaning of mold due to infiltrations or leaks
• Cleaning of windows per square meter if height exceeds 2.50 m
• Any intervention requiring a step ladder or ladder
• Pest and rodent control
• Cleanings due to pets
• Washing of blankets, duvets, mattress covers (if washable), and pillow covers
